Anna and Sooyeon did the hair and makeup for myself and my wedding party on 8/29/15. They were amazing! They showed up on time, sent confirmation text messages before the date, and got through my 4 bridesmaids, myself, and my mom within my planner’s timeline.
Anna did my makeup and hair, and it turned out amazing! I could not be happier, even though I was a little nervous because I had not been able to schedule a hair/makeup trial. She asked what I was looking for, and I gave her a (very) basic outline, and she made me look amazing!
She is super relaxed and fun to work with, and even reminded me about essentials I would have completely forgotten about (Pepcid!!).
My mom doesn’t really wear any makeup and was reluctant to get her makeup done at all, but Sooyeon put her at ease and her makeup was beautiful and she was completely comfortable with it.
Jira herself was very helpful, and super responsive to emails and text messages.
I could not be happier with the way everything worked out and am so grateful to Jira, Sooyeon, and especially Anna for their work. I would highly recommend Anna and Sooyeon to anyone looking for hair and makeup for any occasion and hope to have reason to come back someday!

I booked a hair and make-up appointment with Jira for my wedding on 7/21/2015. She was very prompt on responding to my emails as very helpful with all of my questions. She was even better in person – very nice, friendly, funny, and very informative. I RARELY wear make-up and she was nice enough to explain every step by step as well as carrying random conversations to keep me from thinking of wedding stress. The make up came out great! I usually feel cakey or uncomfortable when I get my make-up done, but the products she used made my face feel natural with the make-up. When it came to the hair, I showed her a few pictures of what I wanted and she took the time to give me advice as well as take in consideration what I wanted. My hair turned out fabulous!

Jira also sent me a friend request on facebook and sent me the pictures she took of me after the hair/make-up. I also received a follow-up thank you and greeting a week after my wedding. Great customer service!
