This is a young mom with a beautiful 9 year old daughter. She is a housewife who has to travel with her husband for his business… every 2 weeks a new location.
After I saw her when she walked into WP studio, she looked just beautiful with her makeup on I said you are look so good, beautiful, you knew how to wear your own makeup so well already why would you needed this makeup lesson? She said she got bored her same routine and she wanted a challenge… She liked to learn light smokey for day time & super smokey for night time. And she also wanted to try red lips for this fall season to match with her new hair color.

One of WP makeup lessons today, Tamala is from Sacramento drove to us. 1st phone call from her. she said, she is so happy that we have makeup lessons and wanted to join the class immediately.
Tamala is a sweet lady, with 2 kids, working makeup artist, model, and has a cosmetology license. She wanted to learn makeup tricks for her dark skin type and a quick lash application… even though She knew so well how to wear makeup but she wants to us to approve her technique and also she got tired of her same makeup styles she also wants to explore new colors to fit her skin, her clients, and Jira Couture cosmetics. We got married in Lana’i, Hawaii and Jira traveled to Hawaii to do our hair and makeup. Our wedding party included 3 bridesmaids, a flower girl, mother of bride, and myself.
From the first time I met Jira for the trial consultation, she was a great listener about how I envisioned my look for the big day. She also recommended different ways to do my makeup to bring more attention to my eyes and ways to give the illusion of a slimmer face. At the same trial consultation, Jira’s expert hands worked magic with my hair. I have long hair and it;s always long & straight. Within 30 min, Jira was able to give me 8 diff. styles, and each was so beautiful that it was difficult to pick one for the big day because I wanted them all. Jira was very flexible with her travel schedule that it made coordinating her flight and hotel very stress free for me as the bride. On our big day, I honestly have never ever felt and looked more beautiful. Keep in mind that the temperature was approaching 100F in Hawaii, there was no cloud in the sky, light wind, and I was in a very heavy tulle dress. With that said, Jira’s expert hands and products made me feel so natural, as if I didn’t have makeup on. I didn’t feel at all like I was in danger of my makeup melting off. In fact, my makeup stayed on all afternoon and into the night and I never once needed a touch up (except for my lipstick). I quite literally took my husband’s breath away (he cried as I walked down) that he, and all my family, commented on how beautiful the hair and makeup was. So many of my friends have asked for Jira’s info. In the photos that my family took (we’re still waiting for the professional photos as I write this) my skin looked so luminous, like i was glowing, my blush was the perfect shade giving me that “blushing bride” look, and my eyes have never been so perfectly smoked.
I am so thankful for Jira’s work in making my dream come true to help me feel literally like the prettiest girl in the world for one day. Gillian~

A beautiful couple Francis and Linda came for a WP makeup lesson today. Francis was looking for us to help some darker circles, how to use hi light, darker eyes, and get her perfect skin to glow (but not yellow). Linda was looking for radiant shimmer and a lot of glow. She wanted to also try a 1950′s look (red lips) and smokey eyes.

Karlene is grandma, ( We love her) retired and plays golf everyday. She came to WP makeup lesson to let us correct and choose the best makeup from her kit, This is the pic of her makeup that she bought but it was not good for her type skin and wasted her money, we threw half of her kit away, (The pic is on the left) but buy new cosmetics that fit the best for her (the pic on the right)
She also wanted us to help her choose a foundation to make her white face balance with her dark body skin. And daily makeup for outdoor golfing and nights out! She looks great! Makeup done by her!!

Jane, 40 years old who works in a Hospital looks so young and wants to stay feeling young everyday. She told me how she wants to feel good with her own beauty and that she has a hard time finding the right foundation. So finally she came to take a WP makeup class to get a wedding makeup look and a look with a good light foundation that can stay on her even when she is sweating in the operating room. While working she has to wear a surgical mask across fer face but her foundation becomes messy and sticks to the mask. She also doesn’t like the foundation that she has been using. Her 19 years old son just bought her cosmetic gifts (pic) he wanted her to use and feel young like her look.
So here are the before/after pics. In the class we showed her tricks how to use her gift cosmetics , recommended to her the correct right light foundation, and highly recommended her a concealer. She is so happy and booked us for another class with her girlfriends.
